You had to speak in a darkened auditorium about yourself to a camera; I don't think I will ever forget that blinking red LED that signaled "recording". After the speech, (you knew this beforehand that) you would sit with your classmates and go through creative criticism. I don't think I've done anything as scary as this in my life. Since then I have never had a fear of speaking. I did a similar course but it was worse.
